Bills not included in the rent, shared with the housemate: electricity, Internet, electric heating

Housemate: NUA student, extremely easy to get along with

Landlord: dealing directly with the landlord, very helpful

Important: the applicant has to be a student as the flat is listed as a student accommodation.

I was lucky to find this room when I was looking for a shared accommodation; now looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract.
