Double room in lovely house share available now

We have a double unfurnished room available (from now onwards) in a furnished house for £400 pcm all inc. This is a lovely well looked after home of people in late 20s/early 30s and we are looking for a similar friendly person to join our home. We enjoy cooking and music (lots of instruments in the house!), gigs and gardening. We are sociable and respect privacy.

The room is a large double, with walk in wardrobe and double glazing. Really warm and snuggly! The rest of the house is shared and the back garden is really big for a city house, so plenty of room for bikes and BBQs etc.

The deposit for the room is £300 and we are willing to consider a couple for an extra £50 a month to cover extra bills.
