1 single bedroom available FROM 1st of AUGUST 2015.

The flat consist of 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms, a kitchen, 2 toilets and living place.

However, we're now down to 1 single room available.
Will be living with two other students one of which is me Graphic year 2 (will be in year 3 by that time) and one Art and design student at City college.

Rent is £240 for the single room excluding bills
Bills are typically it's around £40-£50 a month.
So around £290 all together each month.

The flat is on St Benedicts street NR2 4AQ
- 5 mins from NUA (even less than that if you walk fast)
- The flat is pretty much situate in town area along the same road as Pizza Express, the Bicycle Shop, The Lounge, Cash Converter and The convenience store right opposite etc.
