One double bedroom in a three room, one lounge modern apartment at the city centre is available. The property comes with one street parking permit. This is a lovely quiet house at a great location, close to the restaurants, shopping centers, bus stops, etc. You will be sharing the flat with me, a professional male working at a university.

The room is quite large and benefits a balcony. It is semi-furnished and comes with a bed, wardrobe and an armchair. Additional furniture can be acquired if necessary. The apartment itself is fully furnished and has a washer/dryer, fast broadband, etc.

A neat, tidy, non-smoking and professional flatmate would be ideal.
