Big Double Room In Golden Triangle - Fill Asap

I have a large double room available from 1st August. I have taken a job overseas so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

Fantastic little terraced house just off unthank road. Kitchen and bathroom refitted 6 months ago to high standard. Small living space with sofa and dining table, just off kitchen. Leads to a courtyard garden with decking. real sun trap.

Within minutes walk of pubs, bars, restaurants, Tesco and co-op. Twenty minutes walk to city. Very regular buses to UEA and city/rail station.

Would be sharing with two females, one professional and one student. Both will have left by September this year.

The room Is upstairs. Good size furnished double. The room has a second room within it that I use as a walk in wardrobe. Has tv points and plenty of sockets so could also be used as a living room/study.

Costs:
£425 deposit
£425 rent
£50 admin fee.

I am available evenings from 6pm to show you around but not Saturdays as I work all day. Please feel free to contact if you would like to look. Need to find someone asap
