Double room

I have a double room available in a shared house currently occupied by Adam and Lukman. Friendly and respectful and looking for the same in the new house mate.

We are looking for a male or female of any age who knows how to respect others and their privacy, smoking is ok but outside only.

The house has a 2 lounges recently decorated. New kitchen with everything needed for cooking and the bathroom is on the ground floor with bath and shower. The current tenant are very tidy.

The double room is furnished with king-size bed, triple wardrobe an plenty of storage.

The rent incudes all bills (gas/electric, council tax, TV licence, water, Wifi).

Across from the house is a co-op supermarket and you are very close to 3 big supermarkets in walking distance. 15min slow walk to train station and Norwich town centre. A cleaner comes weekly to do the communal areas. Benefits not accepted
