Large double furnished room and single room

I have a large double room and single room available for single occupancy in a victorian house. NR1 City centre location.

The house is currently occupied by professional tenants (Craig, Matt)
Craig works away often, Matt works for Barclays Bank.

Looking for a male or female of any age who knows how to respect others and their privacy, smoking is ok but outside.

The house has a large lounge with a large SMART TV, kitchen with all the equipment needed. The bathroom has a lovely powerful shower. The garden has outside storage for bikes etc. the back garden has a locked gate to the ally way.

The current tenants are very tidy and everytime I pop over to do some work it is alway clean.

The room for rent is a large double with bed side tables and built in wardrobes.

The rent incudes all bills (gas/electricity, council tax, TV licence, water, Broadband internet).

The house is close to three of the big supermarkets within walking distance. 10min slow walk to train station and Norwich town centre.
