I am a 34 year old female and have a spare room available to rent out in a 2 bed flat with lounge with balcony, kitchen, new toilet, shower with bath. There is a store room on the ground floor suitable for a bike. It is in a very good, quiet and friendly location. Double glazing, central heating, off road parking, secure entrance, Only 5-10 minutes walk to Anglia square. 5 minutes walk to Waterloo Park. Pub and local shops and takeaways within 5 minutes. Bus stop 1 minute walk away.

The room is unfurnished but there is a double bed available if needed and the rest of the flat is furnished. The rent is £425 per month all inclusive with £425 deposit and months rent in advance (£850) The room is available immediately and anyone is welcome as long as you pay your rent on time and you are a tidy, respectful person.

If you smoke, there is no smoking in the flat! Balcony or outside only please.
