My name's Gareth. I work as a Science technician at the University of East Anglia.
My student housemate, Natalia, is moving back to Spain so her room is now available for rent.
The room is a double bedroom in an end terrace house and has two large windows making it fantastically well lit with natural light.
All the house facilities are available including lounge, kitchen with washing machine and spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The house is located about 15 minutes bike ride from the University and will be shared with myself and my younger brother.
