This is a townhouse in an area of mixed student/families residences, a short distance from the university campus. It is a bright, spacious, comfortable house with beautifully fitted kitchen and large living/dining room with TV.
Kitchen has a washing machine, two fridge-freezers, toaster, kettle and microwave oven. There is a built-in gas hob and electric oven.
The house has two toilets, one upstairs and a downstairs bathroom with over-bath shower.
Current housemates are two female UEA students.
The rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside drawers.
The house also has fibre Wi-Fi throughout, and all bills are included in the rent.
