Hi,

I have a single Room available in a City Centre Victorian Property.

The current tenants:
Craig, Richard and Theo

The house has a living room which large smart TV and is fully furnished. Kitchen has lots of space and storage and is fully equipped with everything needed. There is also a large double fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave oven.
A TV is also mounted in the Kitchen for use.
Upstairs is a large shared bathroom with a Power shower-which is excellent.
Outside has a shed for bike storage

The current tenants are very clean and tidy and respectful.

All bills are included (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water rates, Broadband fast unlimited Virgin Internet). A cleaner comes twice a month for the communal areas.
Parking is permit parking but only two permits per house and both in use.

No more than 10 min walk into the city and easily walkable to the train station and local supermarkets.
