Room to Rent in Shared House Available 1st March

Hi All,

We have a room to rent in the NR3 area of the city (just slightly north of Magdalen St) Easily accessible to the city and local public transport.

The room is unfurnished but has ample size for a double bed and space for a desk, wardrobe etc.

We are looking for a single professional male/female who wants to be part of a household and not just rent a room. Ideally someone who is conscious of living with others, who takes pride in a clean and tidy house and enjoys living with animals.
We have 2 one year old cats, and a 3 year old jack russell. They are all very friendly and not aggressive.

All bills inclusive of rent costs, including unlimited wifi and Sky TV.

Will need 1 months rent as deposit along with first months rent. Tenancy begins 1st March 2016.
