My flat is suprisingly large for the city centre, with shared faclities. I have an outside tumble dryer room and a garage for storage.
The double room is furnished with a small cabinet and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is shared and is fully equipped with everything you would need.
We have recently converted the bathroom and the toilet into two separate rooms, so no more queuing for the toilet.
The flat is 5 minutes walk from City College and 10 minutes to the top of St Stephens.
An ideal location for someone with a busy social life.
There is no parking at the flat, it's street parking only. My flat is probably more suitable for someone without a car. There is a good bus service opposite the flat on Newmarket Road and on St Stephens.
I work full-time as a kitchen assistant in a care home in Cringleford.
