Single sleigh bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws, in room. Very large kitchen with 8 hob range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Also, large lounge with Sky+, broadband, DVD player and leather sofa. Quiet cul-de-sac location, within walking distance of city centre (25 mins steady pace). Bus route very near. Parking available outside. Choice of supermarkets near by. Two banks right up the road. All friendly honest tenants House clean and tidy and has a lovely atmosphere. Currently shared by 2 guys and 1 girl (24-32). Please note I am a live-out landlady but for some reason can't change in advert details.
