Double room in modern townhouse, own bathroom

3 Storey townhouse off Dereham Road.

Kitchen has fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, micro, gas cooker and electric oven. There is street parking but no permits required. Theres a small low maintenance garden with a bike shed.

The bedroom is a large double and has a double bed, wardrobe, bed side table, its recently been redecorated and new furniture added(only a couple of bits still to get). Pretty much sole use of the bathroom. Virgin Media For wireless Broadband, TV and Phone. Basic bills are inlcuded in the rent, but obviously if you go over you'll need to chip in the extra. This will be paid monthly into a bills account. There are shops and things in walking distance. Can walk into the city in about 20-25mins and not far from bus stops. Its not far from the ring road either.

Would be sharing with the female (30 yr old) owner of the house who is into films, music, gigs, going out (pubs not clubs I'm far too old and boring for that), staying in, shopping basically your average. Ideal housemate would be a similarly aged professional, wanting to be a mate not just renting a room.

The next two weeks are pretty hectic at work but would hopefully be able to squeeze viewings in in the evenings 😃

No students, couples, benefits, or pets please.
