Housemate required to share North City Townhouse

Easy going, professional, tidy housemate required to share 3 bed townhouse with two professional males in their forties.

Large, 3 storey, modern townhouse off Denmark Road (NR3) approx 25 minute walk from city centre with bus route at end of road. Double bedroom with own bathroom and furnished with double bed, wardrobe etc. All mod cons available including broadband and off road car parking space.

We are both sociable people but also appreciate the need for privacy when required. We would also like to be friends with our housemate and consider it to be very much a shared house rather than just renting a room.
