We have a 4 bedroom house and in need of one person to occupy a single room. The rent is £345 (excluding bills) and the distance is 7-10 minute walk to UEA. We are not very party oriented or loud so we would prefer someone like us or would respect it. Also we are very keen on maintaining a clean house so we would like our potential house mate to share this particular interest with us.
