Furnished single room in quiet modern two bed flat

I have a furnished single room with river views in a lovely quiet and modern two bed flat. The flat has two bedrooms (one is occupied by a non-smoking female nurse), and a shared south facing living room / kitchen dinner of a good size (approx 18' wide and 11' deep) which is light with two south facing windows. The kitchen has an oven (halogen), hob and fridge freezer, and plenty of storage. There is also a shared washing machine. The bathroom is also shared and has a shower and wash basin.

The single bedroom has a window with good views of the river Wensum, a single bed, desk and large fitted wardrobe.

The flat is fully furnished with vintage leather sofas, rugs and granite topped table. It is double glazed with central heating. All bills, including fibre optic broadband access are, included in the rent.

The flat is at the top of a modern town house in a quiet location within easy reach of the hospital, university, bus routes and 10 minutes walk into town. Access to the flat is through the first tewo floors of the house which is occupied by myself and my husband.

The flat has use of a lockable garage for bicycles and landscaped private gardens (The 24 houses in Old Laundry Court share private gardens which front the river Wensum.) Parking is on street (Heigham Street/Waterwortks Road) opposite the house. If you are interested, I have kayaks which can be launched from a mooring in the gardens.

I am looking for a quiet and tidy non-smoking female for a long term let.
