A large, newly refurbished, semi-detached house has a room available. A key benefit to this house is that the owner is very rarely present and therefore this is reflected in the price.

The room itself has a fitted wardrobe, brand new carpet and will be fully furnished with a double bed and drawer space.

Very close to the train station (12 minutes walking) and riverside with excellent access to the city centre. The house comprises of on-road parking, a dining room, a spacious lounge with a 50 inch TV, a fully furnished kitchen, a utility room, cloakroom toilet, bathroom and a back garden.

The second room of the house will occasionally be occupied by myself or my wife but this is generally limited to 3 or 4 times per year. Thus the price quoted is essentially for the whole house excluding use of the second bedroom. I can provide references to verify this.
