Double room for rent in a shared house

Hi,

I am subletting my double bedroom from June 1 through August 15. The room has a private entrance, is furnished with a double bed, a desk, 2 wardrobes, and shelves. Plenty of room to store your stuff! You will be sharing the house with two other very interesting and respectful people, one is a photographer/bar manager and the other is an environmental scientist in their late 20s and mid-30s.

The house has a small backyard where you can put your bike if you have one, a shared living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The house has a brand new boiler - the water power in the shower is great!

The area has great pubs, near-by grocery stores, and the street where I live has free-parking.

I am looking for a clean and respectful person to share the house with my great housemates while I am away.

Moving-in and moving-out dates can be accommodated.

* For couples, rent remains the same, but the bills will be higher.
