Large sunny room to rent for a long term let in a shared house with landlady and her friendly miniature dachshund.
The tenant will have use of the shared living spaces. The house is a short walk to the citysituated between the UEA, the hospital and the city. With quick access to the main routes out of Norwich. I have had had my room on airbnb and had brilliant reviews which I can direct you to if you want to read more about myself and my house. Please be aware that the bathroom is shared with myself and is downstairs at the back of a house as in the traditional terrace house.
I’m looking for someone respectful to share my house. Who is clean and tidy and appreciates that the house is my home. I am hoping to be able to have an easy going but respectful environment and hopefully be able to watch a film or socialise on occasions. I am quite independent and have lots of friends who I see regularly and hobbies that I take part in. I am also currently setting up my own business.
