Room in shared house close to Norwich station

There is a large single room available from February in my house about a mile from the station and the city centre, near the top of Ketts Hill. There is one bathroom with a shower/bath. There is also a good sized galley kitchen and a spacious shared living room, as well as a conservatory that doubles up as a dining room. The garden has a decked area and is shaded by an apple tree. An off road parking space is available.

There is one person in the house full-time, and I come and stay once a month or so for the occasional weekend.

We welcome a freindly housemate who is willing to socialise but we respect your privacy as well.
