I am a private landlord and aim to ensure a peaceful, homely and well maintained house for the 4 postgrads who live there.
As your security is paramount, the property is fitted with fire safety doors, hard wired smoke&heat alarms/carbon monoxide detector and external security lights.
There is on-road parking, and secure bike storage to the rear.
Gas and electrical certificates are up to date.
My postgrads say that it's a great place to stay.
