Double room in terrace house on quiet street, also has newly replaced double glazed window. Fully furnished, lounge, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, garden with seating and BBQ. On street parking, no permit needed.
Close to good local pubs, fish and chip shop and off licence. Very convenient for buses to both uni and city centre. Wireless broadband. I'm a third year nursing student at UEA. Other occupant is one small black cat.
Between uni and work I'm out a fair bit but enjoy the odd quiet night in with a glass of wine. More space and less queuing for the bathroom than many shared houses as I only let out one room. Small discout for student due to council tax exemption.
