Beautiful room for you

A beautiful room to rent £500 per month including bills. The house is very beautiful and clean so we want the house to remain clean. Me and my wife we work away from home so you will be there alone most of the time. But we come home and spend 1 week or more sometimes. As well we come and check if the house is ok time to time. We need someone who is honest and faithful. You will use the kitchen and lounge and you can watch our tv and use wifi. We need someone we can trust like a family member as you are going to be at home alone for long time. We don't like lots of people just 1 to 2 friends can visit. No noise and party at the house unless you have permission to do so. As we love our neighbors to be happy. So if you see that you are ok with this please get in touch. We are very friendly people.
