Current occupants are second and third year UEA students studying various degrees. This room has a largeensuite bathroom. There is also a communal toilet and sink downstairs. This luxurious house comes with underfloor heating, a spacious living/dining room, a large shared garden with a patio area and bike shed and parking spaces at the front. Wifi and bills are included in the rent. It's bright and modern kitchen includes ample cupboard space, a washing machine and dishwasher as well as two fridges and a freezer!

We are looking for a friendly UEA student who is tidy, sociable however not overly loud, wiling to help with household chores. Also someone who is up for a good laugh and sesh every now and then. All current occupants study different courses so this shouldn't be a concern. We would expect to meet our new potential housemate before hand.
