We are looking for a friendly and courteous housemate to join our superb, new professional house share.

After a day of work, if you like cooking some food possibly with a glass of wine and relax, this house could be for you.

House
The house is a large Victorian, semi-detached terrace house. Many original features, such as fireplaces and ceiling roses.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fantastic with a built-in breakfast bar, 6 ring cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Toilets and Showers
There are 2 toilets and 2 showers in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Lounge
The shared lounge, just off the kitchen comes with large comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV.

Gardens
The house has an enclosed, secure back garden with a lockable bike shed. There is also a courtyard front garden.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom is fully furnished with the highest quality furniture including a bed and wardrobe.
