I'm looking for a friendly new housemate to share a clean, bright ground floor flat in Lonsdale House on Earlham Road. Off-road parking space included.
Location - nice Golden Triangle location, close to the city center and a 10-15 minute cycle/10 minute bus journey to UEA. There are bus stops on the 26/3/4 routes right outside. There is a newsagent/ off-license opposite the entrance on Alexandra Road, a great fish and chip shop a couple of minutes away, Coop supermarket on Earlham Road and several pubs nearby.
The room - double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
Bathroom - you will have exclusive use of the main bathroom.
Kitchen - with washer-dryer, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, double electric oven/grill, gas hobs, plenty of cupboard space, toaster, kettle, etc.
Living room - large living/dining room with a large bay window, dining table/chairs, two sofas, shelf/storage space, coffee table and TV.
About me - I'm a Professional working from Tuesday To Saturday. I'm sociable, respectful and easygoing.
Bills with council tax are around £120 a month on average.
The rent does not include bills. The deposit is £350 and the agency (Leaders) will also charge some fees.
