Mon-Fri & Shrt Term Lets Only- Double Room

All mod cons, very large garden (welcome to have a vegetable patch if you like!), ample parking space (can fit 3 cars, I have a small mini), fibre broadband, SKY TV in room and all bills included.

Room has a lock on the inside of door, large TV, DVD player and Xbox.

Shared living room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom/shower/toilet.

I don't smoke and do not want smoking in the house, but there is a furnished summerhouse in the garden where you can smoke :)

On bus route and near Salhouse train station (I'm happy to give lifts where I can), but may be more suited to someone with their own transport.

I have a rescue dog and she is very friendly and loving. I also occasionally look after other dogs for short spells.

Just looking for short lets and Monday to Friday only, so would be ideal for contractors, freelancers etc.
