Large bedroom bed/sitting room available

I have a large room available to rent to a friendly, clean and tidy person :-) There is plenty of room for a bed and/or sitting room area. You would be sharing with myself and 2 children. The room is on the ground floor of our home and is very large and has the sole use of a toilet. There are additional bathrooms in the house which you would be very welcome to use, as well as the kitchen. We have broadband and I could arrange for sky tv to be installed with a little notice.
