Single room to rent within all bills included

Hi all,

I have a 3 bedroom house for rent in Poringland (furnished), Norwich. The middle bedrooms is available for rent this month and the rent includes all bills.

The master room (taken) is a large double room with an en-suite toilet. The second room (taken) is a double room and the third room is a single (available). The room rate comes inclusive of all bills. The rent has recently been put up in response to the increased energy costs so there will not be any unexpected rental increases in future. Once energy prices start to return to normal, the rent will come back down in line with the decreasing bills.

The house a is a great size with a large dining/living room, good sized kitchen, huge garden and large drive.

Im a friendly and relaxed landlord who will always act quickly on any issues. I like to be a friend as well as a landlord :). The tenant leaving is a young man. The two tenants remaining who live in the property are both professional females in the other two occupied rooms.
