Fully furnished double room, private bathroom, heating, water, electricity, broadband, linen and towels included. MONDAY TO THURSDAY NIGHTS ONLY
I live in a beautiful former School House on a country estate, within easy commute of Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Diss (all approximately 30 mins drive).
I live on my own with two mature and extremely friendly jack Russells. You must like dogs because they love people!
The Dogs are not permitted upstairs and are generally contained in the rear of the house. The house is non-smoking but you can smoke outside if necessary.
The room is well appointed with gorgeous views over the garden and surrounding countryside. I have teenage boys that visit some weekends/school holidays. I work full time Mon-Fri with most days working from home.
The room has a double bedstead, FreeSat TV, DVD player, wardrobe space, a radio & CD player and teas-maid. Fast fibre Broadband is included. You have exclusive use of the upstairs bathroom during your stay.
The lodger is welcome to use the kitchen when not in use, but the sitting room, dining room, other bedrooms, utility and downstairs bathrooms are private please.
Ideally I am looking for a professional who needs a comfortable, country base during the week while they are at work - perhaps you are from further afield and have a job locally? Mon - Fri (check in Monday, check out Friday) is £100 per week. Extra (weekend) nights by exception, if available are £30 per night. Washing machine available but tumble drier is extra. I am happy to provide bed linen, towels etc.
There is plenty of off street parking and you are welcome to use the garden which includes a summer house, decked area and a viewing terrace over the fields.
Beccles and Loddon are 3-4 miles away plus a BP garage at Hales has a large shop and is open 24 hours. There is a regular bus service to Norwich and a bus stop at the end of the road.
