Small snug for use adjacent to room with wood burner. Happy for back garden/patio to be used for outdoor space. The room is very private and has its own access . There is parking at the property. Must be okay with animals and so if you like pristine living, street lights and pavements probably not for you! Great walks/runs/cycle routes on the doorstep.. 20 mins to outskirts of Norwich (airport side). Reepham is a wonderful small friendly market town with a couple of great pubs, cafes and shops. The cottage is an idyllic place to live. Looking for a person respectful of others space. Someone self sufficient with their own friends/life, someone responsible & trustworthy. No homeworkers please as I myself work at home. Parking available and room to keep bike.
