Houseshare in Rickinghall

Share a calm and peaceful house in Rickinghall village, which has amenities of a small supermarket, two pubs, cafe, two takeaways, hairdressers, GP practice etc. Also, there’s plenty of on street parking, regular buses to Diss and Bury St Edmunds, and loads of lovely walking/cycle routes around the villages here and nearby.

There are four rooms downstairs including the bathroom with power/ waterfall shower, a very light bathed and recently renovated kitchen with large table, cosy lounge with log burner and front door and then lastly the utility/ boot room with back door. sink and plenty of cupboard space.
First floor is the bedroom available which has a sink, an open clothes hanging space and storage shelf, two sets of drawers and a bookshelf (this can be removed /swapped for a desk if wanted) in the room,. Also on this floor is a separate toilet, my bedroom and study.
Second floor is an attic space and spare bedroom.

A cleaner comes every 2-3 weeks as part of the rent to give a thorough clean to communal areas.

Outside the house is an area that gets the sun all day and a wild garden with soft fruit bushes, fruit trees and seating area, and long run clothes line. More work will be done in the garden as it is a work in progress.

Sharing the house with just myself, I am a female professional over 50 I work full-time with two or three days working from home each week. I am eco friendly and into keeping healthy and am reasonably active. I have broad interests especially music, exercise, the arts, sustainable agriculture and watching some football/ rugby in the winter months. Also I enjoy reading, cards and board games and chilling out in front of the fire/ tv.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy in the kitchen, calm and easy going.
