One Bedroom Private Annex

We are renting out our one bedroom annex. It has its own garden, own entry and a parking space.

The property is a quirky converted railway platform with easy access to the A11, Snetterton Circuit and the Roudham business estate.

Trains run between 6am and 11pm; however, the double bedroom is not on the track side, so there is very little disturbance at night.

The property can sleep up to 4 people (a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area)

The property consists of: a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living area with breakfast bar and a small garden.

The property also features a washing machine, full cooking facilities and train station with direct links to both Norwich and Cambridge.

All bills and speedy WiFi included in the rent.
