double room in idyllic cottage next to fields. big garden , peaceful.
£250 a month
shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
transport is essential, although there is a village shop ,the nearest town is swaffham which is 8 miles away.
ideally would prefer shot term lodger . for between 3 to 6 months. but am flexible depending on circumstances.
heating is woodburner so there would be a firewood expense through the cold months, which would be halfed.
