Large bungalow, parking, 2 gardens, 2 toilets

Hi I'm Faye, I'm 32, work full time, I have 8 guinea pigs (4 indoors, 4 outdoors). I'm looking for a housemate to come share my 3 bedroom bungalow. Your bedroom could easily fit kingsize bed and furniture. Built in wardrobe too. It hasn't got an ensuit, but there are 2 separate toilets. The bathroom has shower and separate bath. Huge lounge and big kitchen. There are sheds and a garage, 2 driveways that can fit 2 cars in each.
I'm looking for a clean and tidy housemate. And I do mean clean and tidy! I take pride in my home and all I ask is you do the same and respect this and get rent paid on time. If you're good at gardening it will win you brownie points. I'll happily take pets, depending on what pet, my guinea pigs' safety will always come first, so preferably no cats.
