Double furnished room now available due to my daughter flying the nest.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and bookcase. A desk can be supplied if required.
The main bathroom will be available to the flatmate and visitors as I have access to my own ensuite bathroom.
There is a driveway for parking.
Access to a small garden and garage.
Quiet village location in between Kings Lynn and Downham Market. Watlington train station is approx 2 miles away.
Also home to a friendly cat.
Would prefer an easy going, clean and tidy professional working person.
