A very good fish & chip shop at nearby Buxton - 5 minutes away by car .

I am seeking a very tidy minded , friendly , kind and respectful person . NO loud music at any time . LGB friendly / Any Nationality . Preferably - a female who MUST love dogs as i have a small little rescue dog 🥰 who is 8 years of age . She can be somewhat nervous around men .

This house has a NO Smoking / Vaping Policy 🚭

NO drugs of any kind . NO criminal record . FULL picture I. D , 2 written character references and proof of earnings required please .

NO working from my home at ANY time or selling anything from my home ✖️
(eg : selling things of yours on marketplace)

Digital Radio in bedroom . No aerial in bedroom for television Note , however if you wish to bring a television for your room , i can arrange for an aerial spur to be installed down from the booster in loft space , that you would pay for . Let me know on this and i will gladly get a quote ASAP .

This house does NOT have Broadband .

This is NOT a big house where you share with other lodgers . This is MY home , and i live here in a very tidy manner , so i expect the same type of person only . A person that is an excellent communicator , well presented , organised , non argumentative , trustworthy and fully respects my confidentiality .

A friendly atmosphere is a MUST 😄

You will have a food cupboard of your own and will have your own shelf in the fridge and freezer .
If you wish to share a cooked meal with me that i cook there will be a contribution by youself of between £5 - £10 depending on menu .

1 MONTHS RENT UPFRONT - on moving in NOTE . This is a MUST .
If you move in on , let's say the 14th , the following months rent (2nd month) will be the 14th .
However - should you wish a 'pay day' monthly rent payment to me - moving in on the 1st is better , as alot of people are paid at the end of the calendar month that i fully appreciate .
The rent is paid MONTHLY only - not weekly .

This is NOT a 'short stay' house NOTE - a minimum term of 6 Months .
£699 per month ~ which equates to just over £23 per day .
