Hello,
I have a nicely presented double room available now in my home .
The property has a garden, driveway for parking and a garage to store a bicycle etc, if required.
The property was all renovated within the last two years and is comfortably furnished .
The property is detached and located in a small quiet rural hamlet with field views and yet has very easy access to the A11 in both directions for Norwich and Thetford.
I have two cats so a liking for cats is a must . They are mainly outside but do come inside sometimes.
