A calm, quiet house, in a very quiet area, located in the lovely Broadland Village of South Walsham, with sight of the village green and Church. This is a lovely place to live, I have been here for 28 years now and really love it.
Please note! Availability is weekday evenings and weekday nights only. no weekends.
The configuration of the house is quite simple - there are two double sized bedrooms upstairs, and a third double sized bedroom downstairs. I use one room upstairs and the sitting room as my office (I work from home).
Downstairs there is the kitchen, bathroom and one of the bedrooms - this is the one which is available.
Public transport is very sparse so you will need a car.
There is off road parking and a front and back garden.
We are 10 miles from Norwich and about the same to Yarmouth, the Broards are nearby.
