Your own en-suite bathroom: shower only.
Located in sprowston, a 2 minute walk from a bus stop and 2 minute drive to the NDR.
You will have your own fridge and a designated parking spot.
I’m pretty tidy, so I’d like for you to be also.
I am also out of the house a lot, so you can have plenty of your own space.
May end up paying a cleaner to come fortnightly also, but that would be something we can discuss and you could contribute towards separately.

Im very friendly, active, I eat healthy, I work out, I don’t play video games or watch much tv. I prefer to be social and spend time out of the house.
