I have a single room that will be available from 5th may, there is a built in wardrobe and I provide a bed and chest of drawers. You will be sharing the house with me and another lodger. You will have shared use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent includes the cost of gas/electric/water, internet and council tax. No smoking allowed inside the house. No loud music or parties. No pets
