I have a bright airy double room to rent, on a quiet street in Norwich.
10 minutes to the city centre in a car/on a bus. 30 minute walk.
2 minute walk to nearest bus stop.
The room is furnished with a double bed with memory foam mattress, drawers, wardrobe and bedside drawers.

The house has a large enclosed garden, and the room looks over the garden and onto a lovely park.
It has all mod cons, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, virgin tv, superfast broadband etc.
I have a driveway with space for 2 cars. Street parking is also fine and no permit is required.
I have a friendly dog and cat.
I am a professional who works Monday to Friday in insurance, and I do lots of activities of an evening and weekend so am often in the way.
