I have on offer a large furnished double bedroom to rent in my Georgian village house. The house is located on the high street a short walk from the village shop. Stoke Ferry has a village shop, garage, village pub, iron mongers and two take away options. It is located approximately 6 miles from Downham Market (Direct trains to London and Cambridge) and close to the Sugar refinery at Wissington.
The room has a beautiful antique French upholstered bed, dressing table and armchair. There is a large walk-in wardrobe as well. I ask that people provide their own sheets and pillowcases or I can for an extra charge each week.
Located on the top floor the room shares a bathroom with one further bedroom.
The room is available immediately and I like to meet people prior to agreeing anything to make sure we get on. Rent is payable in advance and is £150 perweek whether for one night or seven!
