Room in cottage for rent

Situated in Oxborough Rd, Stoke Ferry! Great old cottage single bedroom available. all amenities included. No bills, and internet. All I require is a months rent in advance. I have a friendly dog called Hugo, and two boys which stay every other weekend, so you must be ok with this. Im an easy going professional worker! Use of a lovely garden, and washing machine. I'm very sociable but will respect your privacy. TV already in room. I don't mind whether your male or female or what you do for a living. I don't smoke however if you do there is a lean too!
