We have a double room for rent in our modern 4 bedroom house in Thorpe Marriot.

The room has a fitted wardrobe, Ensuite consists of a shower, toilet and sink.

Downstairs we have a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room and there is also a large lounge area with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. There is unlimited fibre broadband across the house and also various streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc )

There is a large rear garden and a large garage which can be used for storage, there is also off-road parking.

The house is located in Thorpe Marriot which is about 7 miles northwest of Norwich, it has great access to bus routes into the city and there are lots of local shops and other amenities within walking distance.

Current housemates are both professional males and work normally between 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday although will sometimes work from home.

There is no smoking inside the house.
