Double Room In NR8

I have a furnished double room available on a short or longer term let. Available now until mid January. There may be a possibility of extension but unsure at this stage.
Shorter term lets considered at 20 GBP a night or 100 GBP a week. All bills included.
Bills included plus wifi and sky TV.

House is decorated and furnished to a very comfortable standard. Plenty of space for 2 adults. Lounge, conservatory, kitchen/diner, shared bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. Outdoor area spacious with garage for storage and parking.

Area is Taverham, close to the Marroitts Way cycle path which takes you into the city. Also a regular bus service NO 28.

You will be sharing with a professional female who works full time nights, plus 3 cats, hence no pets considered.
