Double room, with primary use of main bathroom

Hi there! I have a double room for rent in a large 4 bed house, with only one other occupant (me!).

The tenant would have primary use of the main bathroom to themselves. Only used once in a blue moon by myself (I have my own ensuite), and would be used by the occasional guest (rare).

Only other occupants of the house are dogs and a cat, so would have to be ok with animals.

10 min walk into town, 20 min walk to train station.

Professionals preferred, no couples, and unfortunately I can't accommodate pets due to having my own. Someone tidy and respectful would be great. I work from home (separate office away from main living areas), so would struggle to accomodate someone who works night etc (evening fine).
