Furnished Double Room, Primary Use Of Bathroom

Furnished double room available for rent in a large 4 bedroom property in a quiet area of Thetford.

The occupant would have primary use of the main bathroom, although this would still be used by other guests and myself on occasion.

Single occupants only and professionals preferred, I work from home, so wouldn't be able to easily fascilitate some who works nights etc. The house is currently only occupied by me, with no plan to rent out other rooms, so wouldn't be a busy household. I do have 3 friendly dogs and a cat.

20 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk into town.
